MOU with Seven Palms Hospitals and Research Centre

On June 30, 2017 , ICFAI University Jharkhand signed an Industry-Institution Partnership MOU with Seven Palms Hospitals and Research Centre (SHRC) . As per the MOU, SHRC will offer IUJ students Internships, Live Projects, Corporate Mentorship, Hospital Tour, Corporate Lectures and other Projects /Studies or any other services that will help in the learning of the students. Besides, SHRC Doctors will take lectures on Healthcare and Happiness course, which is introduced by the University as a compulsory course in all programs.

In addition, SHRC will conduct free routine health check-up of the students of IUJ once in a semester and advise the students, on their health condition and further medical check up/ treatment that may be needed, if any . SHRC and IUJ also plan to conduct, joint Seminars, Workshops, Research, Training Programs (Certificate Courses, Diploma courses etc) to further the cause of improving quality of healthcare in Jharkhand and India. SHRC and IUJ will conduct Health Camps in and around Jharkhand to build healthcare awareness and health check-ups.

MOU with Supreme Industries

On 15th Dec 2016, our University signed an MOU of Institute-Industry Partnership with The Supreme Industries, Durgapur Unit. As per the MOU, the company agreed to provide our students, services like Internships, Live Projects, Industry Tours, Guest Lectures etc so that our students are benefited by way of better exposure to the industry ,which will enhance their employability. The Supreme Industries is a Rs 3,000 crore industrial group ,with 25 manufacturing plants spread across India.

MOU with IIT Bombay

ICFAI University, Jharkhand signed an MOU with IIT, Bombay on Oct 20,2016 to impart " Spoken Tutorials based Self-training " to its students on a number of core IT and non-IT subjects using Free Open Source Software (FOSS) . Training can be taken in English or Hindi, as per the convenience of the students . After the training, students are assessed online by IIT, Bombay and certificates are given to successful students.

The Spoken Tutorial project is the initiative of the National Mission on Education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT), launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Government of India in association with IIT, Bombay.


On 16th May 2015, ICFAI University, Jharkhand (IUJ) signed an MOU with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Gurgaon, which is a part of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India , to offer “IICA Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurial Innovation (ICP in EI)” for developing trained and certified entrepreneurs in the country to meet the burgeoning requirement for skilled entrepreneurs who can ideate, plan, assess risks, raise capital and operate sustainable business ventures. As a part of the MOU, IICA agreed to train 2-3 IUJ faculty members as Master Trainers .Speaking on the occasion, Dr Bhaskar Chatterjee, Director General & CEO, IICA said , “Our partnership will facilitate the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in the Country by engaging with a quality-focused Institution like the ICFAI University, Jharkhand ”.


ICFAI University, Jharkhand signed an MOU on April 26,2016 with QuestionPro (http://www.questionpro.com/in/) to enable its students ,PhD scholars and faculty members to use their Online Survey Software , which helps in conduct of online surveys and analyse the results more easily.

QuestionPro , with over 30 question types and dozens of color themes , makes it easy to create questionnaires and surveys, by allowing the students to create own survey, copy a professionally written survey template, or upload the survey directly from a Word file. It also allows the student to reach the customers ,wherever they are, using survey tools: email system, embedding in your website, creating pop-up and exit surveys, or posting to social networks like Facebook, Twitter, or Google+. QuestionPro surveys enable responses on mobile devices or tablets, and can even collect responses offline using our iOS and Android mobile survey app. It also makes analysis easy, with a full set of reporting features such as real-time summary, pivot tables, segmentation tools, trend analysis, and text analytics. Survey data can also be exported directly to Excel, SPSS, or CSV. We make it easy to share results with formatted Word and PowerPoint reports or by generating Infographics.
