Demand for Coal has been going up steeply due to demand from power industry and other manufacturing industries. Recent Government policy reforms in allowing 100% FDI in coal mines, incentives for commercial mining and auctions of Coal Blocks are creating huge demand for Mining Engineers. B. Tech-Mining Program of the ICFAI University Jharkhand equips the students with the requisite knowledge and skills in Latest Mining Technologies.
