I understand that in case I withdraw from the program after 15 calendar days, from the date of registration, for reasons whatsoever, I will not be entitled to claim any refund of amount paid to the ICFAI University, Jharkhand. In the event of any dispute, I hereby declare and state that, I will not approach any Court of Law and/or seek redressal under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 without first exhausting the remedy from the Arbitration.
